Our Cuisine

Fresko is Greek for fresh. This is the best way to describe our menu. Our fare is inspired by Eastern Mediterranean countries, but heavily influenced by the Greek heritage of our Chef. Our vision for Fresko is to be your go-to option for thought-free, healthy dining. We aim to serve the best ingredients possible, including using only pure olive and vegetable oils in our preparations. Our recipes are prepared fresh from scratch with the best of fresh ingredients, we are Healthy with Heart.

Avgolemono Soup -[av-go-lem-o-no] 
Lemon Egg Broth with Rice and House roasted chicken [av-go-lem-o-no]

Baba Ganoush - [bah-buh guh-noozh] 
Roasted Eggplant Dip pureed with olive oil, Tahini and spices.

Bougatsa- [boo-GHAHT-sahA]  
Classic Greek street pastry. Semolina custard between sheets of phyllo, sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon. 

​Keftedes - [kɛfˈtɛðɛs]
Small beef/pork meatballs seasoned and lightly fried.

A blend of chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon. 
Muhammara -[mu-hum-mara]
 Pureed roasted walnuts, roasted red peppers, olive oil and Aleppo Pepper  
Spanakopita -[span-uh-koh-pi-tuh]
Sauteed Spinach, Onions, Feta & Spices baked between layers of Phyllo 

Souvlaki -[su 'vlaci]
Meat that has been marinated, skewered & grilled.

 A sesame seed paste that is often used as a spread or as an ingredient in Mediterranean dips.

A greek yogurt with garlic, cucumber and dill.
